CBT is evidence-based and has proven to be very effective in the treatment of depression and anxiety.
CBT focusses on the SMART model of goal setting. It emphasizes good collaboration and active participation.
Full Circle CBT offers a confidential, supportive environment to explore current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

I started CBT with Nicola regarding a specific situation where I found myself extremely stressed and

Working with Nicola in Full Circle CBT was life changing. As someone who had been suffering from anxiety
