CBT Skills for Children (2 hours)


Anxiety in children is increasing. Some research suggests that one in four children
experience anxiety. CBT can help children to identify anxious thoughts, challenge them
and change them to more helpful thinking patterns. CBT can also help children to
manage their emotions, build their perspective skills and adopt healthy behaviours
for good mental health. This two-part series will explore CBT skills for children.
Participants will learn about the CBT model and its application for anxiety in children.
