Using CBT Skills for Well-Living

During this 4-part series, participants will be introduced to CBT techniques which can be used to lower stress and manage anxiety.

Part one will focus on identifying unhelpful thinking styles and the practice of challenging and changing unhelpful thinking.

Part two will focus on the mind body link. There will be a focus on techniques which have been proven to lower stress and calm the body and mind.

Part three will explore the behavioural aspect of CBT. In this module there will be an examination of CBT skills which identify behaviour patterns which have a positive impact on mental health.

The final part of this series examines how CBT can be used effectively in problem solving.
