Using CBT for Confidence and Calm (4 hours)
CBT skills can be used to improve many areas of our lives.
This course will explore the relationship between communication styles, levels of confidence and our ability to create calm within. CBT can be used to teach effective assertive communication skills.
Confidence and self-esteem are crucial to assertiveness. Developing assertiveness, confidence and self-esteem is key to good mental health. This course will also focus on the mind-body link and ways in which techniques for calm can be applied in daily life.
